This new craft distillery based on the Bellarine Peninsula is named after the founder's beloved dog, Teddy, who enjoys chasing foxes off the property. The main botanicals are juniper, orange, lemon myrtle, coriander, star anise and orris root.

 

Tasting note: Bright citrus aromas over light juniper and complexing dried herbs. Medium bodied, with lots of ripe lemon (lemonade icy poles / fruit tingle), low-key juniper, coriander and moderate pepper warmth. An easy going citrus-led stye for Summer cocktails. 42% Alc./Vol.
