The grapes see the fastidious level of attention that Pierre-Yves is known for, sourced from Premier Cru vineyards farmed sustainably with organic principles. They get whole bunch pressed, fermented with native yeasts, and aged for over 12 months in large format oak.

The La Maltroie is full of complexity; a luscious creamy texture cuddles the pristine fruit perfectly, with flavours of pears and pineapple, lemon peel, and oaky hints throughout.
