The 10 Year Old Cask Strength from GlenAllachie, in its tenth edition, represents the distillery's evolving vision under the guidance of Master Distiller Billy Walker.

This release, following its acclaimed predecessors, epitomizes the impeccable cask management and artisanship that goes into crafting their whisky. To achieve its signature Sherried profile, Billy meticulously chose Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks, harmoniously blending them with spirits from red wine barriques and American virgin oak barrels. This creation presents a complex malt profile - dark fruity notes juxtaposed with sweet spices.

Unadulterated and bottled at a robust cask strength of 58.6%, it's free from added colors or chill-filtration.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Intensely Rich Mahogany.

Nose: Waves of honeycomb, orange zest and treacle, with fig syrup, mocha and poached orchard fruits, followed by cinnamon and butterscotch.

Palate: Lashings of dark chocolate, honeycomb and caramelised demerara sugar, followed by notes of treacle, mocha and ginger, with plum and toffee on the finish.
