Douglas Laing and Co's Old Particular range of Scotch Whisky consist of unique bottlings of hand selected Single Cask Scotch Whisky, bottled without colouring or chill filtering and at higher ABV's, just as the distiller intended..

From a secret Island distillery, this Rock Island 15 year old Scotch Whisky was distilled in June 2008 and matured in a single refill hogshead before bottling in December of 2023.

Notes from the bottler: "Nose: Anticipate a warming earthy style with burnt sugar, barley, charred oak and a maritime salty tang."

The cask outturn was 402 bottles, and is bottled at 48.4% ABV.
