Slightly hazy red colour with a light red hue. Perfumed scents of violets, red cherries and winter strawberries sail out of the glass complexed by hints of sour cherries, light anise, fresh herbs, stalky cedar and spice. Lightly weighted the palate is lit up with freshness featuring a mixture of sour to red cherry and winter strawberry fruits which are underpinned by stalky cedar, infusions of fresh herbs and spice. Supple mid palate feel with crunchy like acidity on the finish and polished tannins leading into a bright, refined aftertaste.
