The Howard Park Leston Shiraz is crafted from select batches of Shiraz sourced from blocks 17 and 4 of our Leston vineyard, situated in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River. The vineyard's soils consist of shallow lateritic gravels over sandy clay loam.

Small parcels are hand-picked, and each batch undergoes meticulous sorting to remove any material other than grapes before fermentation. Fermentation takes place in open vats and closed stainless steel fermenters, with careful cap management to extract fine fruit tannins and enhance the strong varietal flavors.
